My Story
My name is Dawn Zapp
I am of Métis (Cree), Dutch, and Russian ancestry, but I resonate most deeply with my Canadian and Indigenous roots. The connection to my Métis and Cree lineage feels woven into my spirit. From a young age, I felt different; more sensitive, more aware, more spiritually attuned than those around me.
In my adolescent years, I would use my mom’s Russian Gypsy Fortune Telling Cards to read for myself and my friends, not fully understanding what I was tapping into, only knowing it felt natural. In my early teens, after some heavy life experiences, I found God and began building a deeply personal relationship with Him. I prayed almost daily and felt surrounded by and protected by my Guardian Angels as I navigated a tumultuous path. Many prayers were answered, yet I still felt a longing for a deeper understanding of my purpose.
I travelled. I earned a college diploma and a university degree. I became a mother; and then a single mother. I got married to my university sweetheart and had another child, then later divorced. I had a great career in the IT industry in Project Management. I had some of the happiest and also saddest, experiences of my life but I always had faith that I was exactly where I was supposed to be at the time. I kept praying to God and the Universe to help me find my purpose and to use me for the highest good possible.
I have always been an optimistic and highly sensitive person and sometimes it was too intense for others. I discovered I had ADHD when I was 40 years old and suddenly my past began to make sense. Still, something felt different and after much research and meditation, at 42 years old, I learned I have Autistic traits and also psychic abilities.
I rediscovered my joy in connecting with and working with Spirit after my mental health suffered in 2023. I was put on a medical leave from work to heal. During this time, I attended a Goddess Circle Retreat and felt excitement over the prospect of leading my own circles. I realized I want to share joy, love, peace and happiness with others. By providing space and loving practices designed to uplift your soul, I can help you witness the magic unfold to live a more fulfilling life.
As I master my intuitive skills, I've learned about several of my past lives, I've connected with and discovered my soul's name, (Mimi), I've met several of my Spirit Guides, and I've connected with many loved ones on the other side. I'm being guided to help raise the collective conscious through mediumship and healing circles.
